the first of there videos was produced during my stay in iceland.
almost all sidewalks in reykjavík are made of paving stones. after some time i automatically started to use these urban structures as a coordinate system, like kids use to do - from one stone to the next, never crossing a line, resulting in a series of videos.

for example you can see me walking along a special labyrinth-like floor creation in front of the hallgimskjirka in raykjavik.

this concept was taken over and continued in further cities in context to the floor structures in situ.
